Feb. 20, 2008 Adding Color to Embossing Folders

             You can totally change the look of the embossed papers created with the A2 embossing folders...technique below.

1. Apply ink directly to the plastic embossing folder.  I usually use the Brilliance Inks because of their shine, and color selection.
2. You will get a different look depending on which side you put the ink on. 
            Example:   the positive side will color the raised areas - whereas the negative side will add color to the backgrounds.
3. Experiment with cardstock colors, and ink colors - they will each give you a unique look.
